Some people make you so mad

Gosh some people can really make you angry :mad:
I found out that I had won a horse related comp and was really pleased.
Then some one commented asking if i had a horse (well hello I would not have entered if i didn't have a horse) and they were saying its just that they have 3 expensive ponies.
what's that to do with it just because they have 3 expensive ponies they think they should win just makes me so mad.

Don't take it too personally. At the end of the day you've got a nice prize to look forward too.

I think some people get hacked off that a lot of people enter everything and anything. Their mantra's 'a win's a win's'

Never understood that myself but each to their own

take no notice of them sammy,
I don't have/own a horse but I enter the comps for some
of the prizes because I know someone who owns a riding stable,
it's nothing to do with anyone which comps you enter for &/or why,
well done winning & lots of good luck for plenty more

What a shame someone tried to take the shine off your win.

I'm always a little concerned about entering horse-based comps myself, as I don't have a horse, but I enter for things for my parents' two rescue ponies. Just because I don't have a horse doesn't mean I don't like them!

Well done on the win Sammy and take no notice to that person who commented. If they can afford three expensive ponies then they can afford to buy whatever the prize was worth!

congrats on your win, ignore the moaner,i dont have a horse but do enter horse comps as my little sister has one. my mum and dad are not well off so every little helps, its up to us what we enter for and why enjoy your win

I had something similar when I won a kindle on a small writing effort comp on Facebook.

One person nearly imploded, going on about how childish mine was and saying how her boyfriends effort was so much better than mine.

I totally ignored her and made sure I commented several times saying how pleased I was to have won and how much I was going to enjoy using the Kindle !

I'd have hated to take her blood pressure ! hehehe

Loads of people commented to say what a b!tch she was and Tesco did remove her comments eventually, but I found it rather amusing

Yeah, you see it a lot on FB comps. People complaining that they didn't win, they deserved it more, they never win, their arms and legs just fell off and their eyeballs fell out so it was soooo difficult for them to even enter in the first place blah blah blah.

It's just a case of the green eyed monster on their part. Just ignore it.
