Oak Furniture Superstore. Bogus??

Has anyone bought furniture from Oak Furniture Superstore.co.uk?
We've just had a laughably poor experience dealing with them, but they get suspiciously good reviews on Trust Pilot. Thankfully we paid on credit card, so I think we can get our money back, but buyer beware! They don't communicate, the furniture is REALLY bad, and no replies when you try to contact them after it's arrived. The CEO is a guy called Mark Harris, and when I googled the name I realised he has a number of different websites trading in furniture. All very iffy. Just wondering if anyone has had any good/bad experiences with them?
