Orange bill

I terminated my contract after my two year contract came to an end. This was done by phoning orange and there was no evidence of any outstanding charges or bill. My statement was sent without outstanding bill. My contract with Orange was an unlimited text, phone call and internet.
A month later, I received a bill from Orange asking me to pay for internet used charges. I contacted Orange (EE) and the customer service adviser explained to me that he does not understand why I have been charged and he will make sure it is taking off.
I was still receiving the bills from Orange, so I contacted Orange and was transferred to Orange Financial Service. The person I spoke to was demand I pay the bill without looking into my records and previous dealing with the customer service adviser. When I made her aware that she has not looked at my records before demand I pay Orange she decided to check. Then instead of apologizing, she started becoming abrupt. She also responded by saying if you have had a discussion with someone wait for the outcome.
I have now received a letter from the Debt recovery asking me to pay £159 plus £20 admin fee. Can someone advice or help on how I can resolve this matter please

Complain to EE (you mean EE right and not orange ) via post.0

Tell the debt recovery firmly that you do not owe any money to Orange, and they must return the case to Orange. That is all you need to discuss with them.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Ensure they correct your credit file as the account will have defaulted rendering you barrenof normal credit for a while0
