Don't know how much I've saved but....

Options
just wanted to say thanks to Martin and his team for giving me the confidence to continually switch credit cards and take advantage of the 0% offers.

I never did this before discovering this site, somehow I was "scared" to (who knows why!) but I've just BT'd again to Virgin and applied for an M&S card to BT some of our mortgage at 0%.

So thank you, thank you, thank you! :T

I just pop in now and then.... :)

I was the same,I never felt comfortable not paying off my credit card bill each month,I am a baby stoozer, just got 2 cards and around £5000 currently but the money is now sitting in my ING account. Egg gave me a new card with a good credit limit for interest free purchases till November so that will build up over the next few months.

Couldnt agree more. 18 months ago I owed nearly £3K on my credit card and £8K on my car loan, now after "tarting" for a year with Nationwide, Barclaycard, Virgin (the best one-the min repayments were £5!) and LloydsTSB, I now have nothing owing and £2K in my Alliance & Leicester earning 5.35%. It was easier than I thought. I have saved loads on interest payments and received £200 ish in interest. I got so carried away that I put all my groceries and petrol on Barclaycard too and saved the money instead. You do need discipline but it was well worth it.
