The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)

2. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):
a) If you are a winner, you will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After your 12 months' free viewing, unless you cancel or change your package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see https://www.sky.com for details). Sky+ subscription is included in your Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. You will need Sky professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If you need a minidish you will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize. Existing Sky customers will receive Sky’s top TV package free for 12 months, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box. Sky will contact you to arrange installation of the your Prize. You must redeem their Prize within one year. Failure to make an installation application within this time period could result in loss of Prize. If you have a previous uncleared debt with Sky, you will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
b) Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
c) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
d) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
e) LA trip: Return flights from London to Los Angeles; Return airport transfers in Los Angeles; 4 nights’ hotel accommodation in Los Angeles, with a minimum three-star rating, based on sharing a double or twin room; Travel insurance. Flights available from major international airports in London only and may be indirect; Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit
purposes when checking into the hotel; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 74 or over; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 22nd December 2014 - 2nd January 2015 (Christmas and New Year), UK or US bank holidays, over Easter Sunday, or during UK school holidays; Stay must include a Saturday night; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; Winner and guest must be aged 18 or over; At least one traveller must be aged over 21 for check-in at the hotel; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.

f) France trip: Return car ferry crossing from Portsmouth to Caen; 7 night’s accommodation in a self-catering gite near the Veloscenic; Cycle hire for duration; €200 spending money; Travel insurance. 3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air by the presenter.
4. Listeners will be advised as to how to enter the competition – this will be either answering a question or a multiple choice question. Ferom all the text entries received, one will be selected and brought to air. If they give the correct answer, they win. If not, we’ll take another caller

I think you have to listen to Heart to get the questions you mentioned above because in the t&cs it says

the competition will run from Monday 3rd November: 06:01 to 23:59

Seeing as you were allowed to enter online before this, I assume that relates to this texting part. So I wonder if entering your details on the website actually enters you into the competition or not? Or is it similar to the Cash Call where you had to register to qualify for the on air comp?
