Does anyone have any idea if its possible to get a discount on nPower or if there is a email I can contact, as the amount I'm paying right now is much more than what I can afford, I put £10 on and its gone before I can blink! I currently have 2 children under 16 and can't work due to illness, stuck on esa allowance. Does anyone know if I can get any help?

If you have a debt then you can apply to the charity Charis for a grant to pay it off. But if you already only pay the minimum of £3.60 odd per week to repay a debt and are still struggling then that will not be of any help to you.
Do you have a debt on the meter? What is the weekly repayment set to?
As to cheaper tariffs for prepayment there is not too much variety - for an average user there won't be much more than £100 difference. But do check the comparison sites with your usage and region to check. If your debt is less than £500 then you are free to switch to a different supplier (but you do take the debt with you!)
You should also qualify for the annual £140 Warm Home Discount under the broader group - as such you have to apply for it, it will not automatically be given to you.
You also have to look at your general budgeting situation - there really is little reason why a household with two children and an adult on esa should struggle. Your real problem is probably elsewhere (unless you have a very high demand for heat or are totally uninsulated.)0 -
