How much would you expect a house price to be below market value if there was a tenant in there on an AST, and was marked as investors only as they wanted to sell with the tenant in place...

Can't evict until the end of the AST.

yep, that was my thought. I figured restricting who could buy it to investors only should reduce the number of people who could buy it significantly, so should be cheaper, but logic dictates that if the price drops significantly you might as well wait until the end of the AST.No longer an accidental landlord, still a wannabe millionaire:beer:
