court eviction moving out before hearing

I have a friend who is renting, his landlord has sort repossession through the courts; if he moves out before the case is decided will he be charged the court fees and legal costs?

Maybe, maybe not. we do not know what the landlord would do...
Most landlords would be happy with him leaving: To protect his position a "deed of surrender" should be signed outlining everyone's position.0 -

As a LL, I would pursue your friend to the ends of the earth until they were either bankrupt or they paid the fees that they have incurred through their actions.
