How do PPI chasers know you have had PPI?

I've looked at my Credit Report and I can't see any evidence and I certainly can't remember ever having had PPI.

They dont. There is no database and the info is not in the public domain. They lie.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Same as accident claims, new boilers and kitchens etc - they just pester everyone with a phone hoping that somebody bites.0
