Bank account for 15 year old.

I'm looking for a bank account for my 15 year old son, he has recently got himself a holiday / saturday Job, which pays directly Into his account, so I though that this was about the right time he started learning to manage a bank account.
Are there any banks that will give a 15 year old some sort of debit card (he'd like to shop on Amazon and eBay) and access to online banking?
A decent rate of interest would be nice, but due to the relatively small amounts of cash he'll have in there not as important as the other 2 requirements!

See http://www.which.co.uk/money/bank-accounts/reviews-ns/bank-accounts/childrens-bank-accounts/, which includes debit card and interest info, you should be able to narrow your search using this first and then get the online banking info from each shortlisted provider's website....0

If he's going to run a balance in it, Lloyds, BoS, TSB or Santander will pay best interest.
But just about every high street bank will offer him a debit card.
Why not set him the challenge of deciding for himself?0 -
The Which? list is a bit old now and misses the Nationwide FlexOne.
The Santander Youth account has been the Santander 123 Mini for a while.0 -

Just about every bank except the co-op who his account is with now.
He will of course be involved in the decision, but I'd like know what I'm talking about before raising the subject with him and his mum!
