Small amount of money missing from account??

Hi, guys. Wondered if anyone could shed some light on this. I checked my bank account today and there's roughly a £3.50 discrepancy between my available balance and my cleared balance. There are no transactions for that amount showing up on my Mobile Banking app. This has happened before, where a £1 went missing and the bank told me it was the result of a Amazon Prime subscription I'd taken out and that they were just testing that my card was valid by taking a small amount before taking the full amount.
Fair enough, but the only thing I have coming out anytime soon is a standing order for the gym that comes out tomorrow. Is it something to do with this?
Any help appreciated!

It's not missing as such, it's simply temporarily unavailable. As above, it'll likely be reversed shortly - if not and it shows up as an actual statemented debit from your account that you don't recognise or agree with, take it up with your bank at that stage, but it's not worth doing so before that unless you're really desperately in need of the £3.50 and can convince them and/or the relevant retailer(s) to rush through the reversal....0
