Well Done Snapfish!

So, 4 days ago I ordered a photopanel from them, it was shoved through our letterbox by the flippin postman and really was too small so was damaged on one edge and a corner caved in as it fell to the floor (I presume).


I rang Snapfish this morning who asked me to mail them a pic of the damage. I did so at 10.27, and at 11.18 got this as a reply!
