On Monday, October 27, we sent you an email with the subject line: “We’ve protected your selling account.” Unfortunately, there was an issue with the protection statistics displayed in that email. As a result, you may have received statistics that were inaccurately displayed.
Please know that this issue did not impact any of the protections applied to your account. We simply made an error in the way your protection statistics were displayed on your email which may lead to confusion.
We have already fixed this issue, and you should receive an updated email displaying the correct statistics in the next few days.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. As always, thank you for selling on eBay.
