Agreed, your 32 bit machine will not recognise that amount of RAM anyway so would be a total waste of money.
I think you need to have a good system cleanup. Do you possibly have a virus or malware causing a problem?0 -
I have the full McAfee suite of virus/firewall
there is the hogging problem0
