Halifax clarity card

Hi does anyone know how the Halifax clarity card would work for overseas purchases when paying through a uk PayPal account?
Would it make sense to register the card for my overseas purchases, or would PayPal uk simply convert my purchases back to gob pounds?
Thanks Gary

When paying, it should offer you the option to accept Paypal's conversion rate (don't) or let the payment go through in a foreign currency.

It's sometimes hard to locate the option so make sure you read everything carefully

Note that overseas sellers can price their goods in pounds in which case there would be no conversion for you
