Repayment conduct assessment question

Hi I was wondering if I could ask you guys who probably know more than me a quick question??
I have checked my Equifax credit report and my credit score is fair.... It used to be poor so things are looking up! Lol.
Anyway, it's saying my repayment conduct assessment is poor even though I have had no 63 months since my last payment problem. I work this out to be 5 years and 3 months. The only "red" bit is my credit card utilisation which is at 95%!
I'm going to be paying off my credit cards by end of March 2015.
Can I ask... Once the cards are paid off and 6 years have gone by (next August approx) will my score go up?? Also is there anything else I can do in the meantime to help it?
Thanks in advance
Xx

Your score is meaningless - I would suggest that it is your credit card utilization at 95% which is the concern. Once that is paid off keep doing a small spend on it each month and ensuring it is paid off in full. This will improve your credit rating.0

Pay down your cards. Close the ones that you no longer require.
Are you on the electoral roll? If not , now is the time to apply.0
