Hi all
I have been reading all the threads on getting an appeal sorted against excel parking.I have followed all the steps and have appealed to excel parking.they rejected the appeal and said i had to pay £100 so i emailed and asked for a POPLA code on 08/10/14 now they have sent a letter saying i need to pay as well as attaching a letter that they said they sent to me a while back which contained the POPLA code. Now i have no i idea where this letter is or when they sent i cant remember seeing it at all. I checked the POPLA code and it says that it is expired i don't know what to do.Excel parking have also said that i need to pay the fine by 3rd November.
Please can someone help me :A

Resetting the clock may be the answer by naming the driver unless you have accidently done this already.
Appeal again (first soft appeal as the latest NEWBIES thread) and get a new POPLA code.
Then come back. Don't delay, do it by E-mail now!REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -

Hi
Thanks for the reply im a bit confused who should i email and saying what? Excel Parking have said that i can no longer appeal?0 -
Have you already given away who was driving in your first appeal?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No I haven't. What shall I do, should I email them?0 -
You need to e-mail Excel nominating the driver and they should issue the driver with a new PCN.
Then soft 1st appeal and second appeal to POPLA (within time though).
See the following Excel thread,

Hope this helps and do it by E-mail ASAPREVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
Yep, keeper writes and names driver (name and address, best with Excel if this is a different address for service - so could be a friend's address even if the driver was your spouse!). This makes the keeper UNTOUCHABLE as they have discharged their liability (whatever Excel say!) and the driver then can only be pursued if Excel start again with a PCN to the driver, who can then appeal as normal. So have a long, hard think about who was driving...then think a bit harder.
That's if the original PCN was a postal one (i.e. only if the driver wasn't served with any PCN on the windscreen at all).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
