Element for old bar heater

Are these easy to replace? I see my exact heater on Ebay but its like £70 cheapest new, love this heater as unlike a fan heater it heats up any room very fast, and is pretty much silent(apart from the odd expanding metal like sound when it turns off or on)

I have reasonable DIY skills, never built any furniture but able to repair pcs and understand instructions reasonably easy, its only certain things that I am bad at like tiny connections.

Go to a good reputable electrical wholesaler/merchant with the element and you should be able to get a replacement.

They were normally just held in by thumb screws, easier than fitting a plug.

Just remember to unplug it from the electric first and that it is cold to the touch !
