Cheap Energy Club - Stuck

Hi,

I switched using the CEC on 8th August, got the confirmation email but have never heard from the new supplier. I called them and they are not working on a switch, they invited me to switch directly but I want the cashback.

I now cant switch using CEC because my account is stuck in "Switch in Progress". There is no where I can see to reset this and there is no email address I can find for support.

The FAQs just say hang in there pretty much but its clear to me nothing is happening. Its frustrating as ive lost out on my cashback and savings.

Any help would be appreciated.
