Barclays Trackit

Hi
Bit the bullet recently and filled in the online claims forms to claim regarding Additions bank account and Overdraft PPI on my account.
Within less than a week I received 3 letters acknowledging my complaints and giving me reference numbers.
There ia 1 individual reference for the packaged account, beginning with an "A". Then there are 3 further letters, this time regarding PPI, 2 of them have individual reference numbers both beginning with "A", then a 3rd one which appears to related to Barclayloans we had taken out in the past, marked as Loan 1, Loan 2, etc with 5 different references all beginning with the letter A. The letter ask that if I need to contact them use the Loan 5 reference, again a reference that starts with A and is followed by 7 digits.
All well and good. I have not had any further correspondence. Today I logged onto online banking and see a credit of £70.80 with the reason PPI & int refund next to it. I have tried to use Trackit, to see if there is any explanation, but NONE of the references are recognised! Wondering what has happened here? I wasn't confident of any of the claims succeeding, but I am sure that if they were successful, the amount would have to be more than £70? The earliest of my loans was 1996, and I have held this account since about 1982!
Can anybody shed any light on this, or has had any similar experience?
Thank you
J
