I thought the statute of limitations was six years, not four, but your solicitor should be able to confirm.
Statute of limitations is 6 years unless otherwise specified, this is one occasion otherwise specified, i.e. 4 years.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Yet another indemnity insurance that solicitors want people to take out. I am so sceptical of these, it makes me wonder if they are on commission with the insurance companies. Either it needed planning permission or it didn't.
