Wii rechargable battery pack problem,

hi my son had his not so bright friend over today,,who decided to remove all 4 of the rechargeable battery packs out of the hand units because they had no power :mad::mad::eek:
and i cant get them back in,they only appear to fit one way,but no joy,,have looked on line foe help,googling,every combination of wii battery,replace,help ect
anyone got a visual link or clear instruction of how to replace the packs back in,
