My partner is refusing to pay her mortgage after 8 years of me updating her holiday let, I've put in 84K and made a good business out of it but she's now refusing to pay her mortgage on our joint property and keeping all rent from the holiday let.
Can I put a charge on the holiday let to get my investment back ?

Not sure what's going on here. What was the agreement regarding your investment into the holiday let?
Are you covering her share of the joint mortgage? What would happen if you refused to pay your share of the joint mortgage?
Would selling the joint property, taking your share of the equity and then renting be an option?:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

No we had no agreement just trust which she's abused, all monies came out of our joint bank account into her property so I don't have a problem proving that, I can also prove she's refusing to pay her mortgage on the other properties. None will be sold that's not an option.0 -
I know I've probably been a bit daft but I must be able to make a claim for what I've paid in which includes mortgage payments.0

I suggest that you go over to the renting selling and buying forum which deals with property.
And explain clearly exactly what is going on.
How many properties? Who owns what, when bought. What your relationship is?
Do you live together? How long for?
Who has been paying what?
evidence of your contribution? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
