Parking Ticket from New Generation Parking Managment (BPA)

My partner received a parking ticket on the 26.09.2014 and I sent an appeal for her via the email address that was provided on the ticket that day. I have a copy of this in my sent messages.
Today we have received a FINAL NOTICE from NGPM and no correspondence to the email that I have sent to the appeals team.
I have sent a further email today (forwarding the previous message) and explaining that I have not received any word from them.
I have also read up on the tips for an appeal on here and I am quite willing to follow the procedure stated, I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with NGPM and their appeals process.
Obviously they have no phone number for appeals and the general inquiries line was frighteningly unhelpful.
Any help would be appreciated.
Ethan.

You need to go back and read the NEWBIES thread again. If it was a windscreen ticket you have appealed too soon which gives the PPC an advantage, but all is not lost. Did you admit who was driving as well? That is not the advice given on this site either.
Complain to the DVLA and BPA that you have appealed but NGPM have not acknowledged your appeal or given you a PoPLA code. Then contact the PPC and tell them you have complained, demand they cancel or provide a PoPLA code.
Never, ever, 'phone a PPC.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

As fruitcake says - complain to the BPA and DVLA (it's covered in post #6 of the newbies thread where the email addies are shown for this very situation).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
