Selling off gumtree

Wee question for you, I sold some stuff off gumtree, buyer paid via bank transfer, posted 2nd class signed for, tracking says it was delivered on the 24 oct, email from buyer late last night, saying hasn't been delivered, so have sent them the tracking number. And a copy of the signed receipt(copy and pasted from Royal Mail website) Chancing their arm maybe?

Buyer doesn't have my personal details apart from my name, email address and bank transfer details.

What to do? Sit back and wait?

Yep, the buyer has no protection at all having paid by bank transfer. Just assist them if they need to make a claim with RM
