I lost interest as soon as you mentioned Krusty Allsop.. Dreadful woman ,just an HPI property ramper. Krusty and Phil are dire, if he was any good at property he wouldn't have gone bankrupt.0

If you want to rent it out perhaps you need to decide if you want to let it furnished or unfurnished. At the moment it's not particularly either..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

B&M do cheap homeware http://www.bmstores.co.uk/
take a look at Freecycle for people giving stuff away in your area https://www.freecycle.org/ It is best to ask for a photo before taking the time to travel and look at something that you might not want. there is also Freegle https://ilovefreegle.org/
try looking at other flats that are about the same price range as yours on Right Move for ideas on how to stage rooms http://www.rightmove.co.uk/
it would be best to have a bed in the 2nd bedroom and you can sometimes pick up beds and mattresses on the free sites0 -

Problem is, the answer changes depending on what you want.
If you want to stay living there, I suggest repainting to a new neutral colour (taupes, greys, offwhites are popular in super modern homes). Bold but still neutral.
If you were letting an unfurnished flat, then tenants would need empty rooms to see space for their furniture, so all you could do is refresh the paint and fittings.
If you were letting a furnished flat, then you need to either buy more furniture or keep it sparse and cope with the sparseness.
Otherwise, does all your furniture match in each room? Paint them to match or put matching covers on them (helps keep them clean). Update the ceiling lights, door handles, light switches?
I rent in a sparse flat, and I don't care about the magnolia walls, or the mismatched furniture, or even the lack of decoration. But I would be annoyed if I had to cope with a folding table as my dining room table.0
