I just wanted to ask if anyone else has had problems with this company? They supplied and fitted windows in a new apartment for me and I have had problems ever since. Almost every window leaks and the window sills have been damaged as well as carpets and curtains. I have an email exchange going for over a year with them where they keep promising to do something and then just done bother. I have even offered to pay for repairs, but still nothing. On one occasion a small window literally fell off when I tried to open it!

Three other local people used them via a new build and have exactly the same problems. They have given up completely. We are now all looking to replace all the windows and use a different company.

I have never had such bad service and such a bad product combined in one, long, horrible experience and I really want to let people know to avoid this company at all costs.

My advice for their next advertising campaign would be, "Baskils - you may as well get your kids to build them and a blind aunty to install them."
