Nationwide payments delay....

I've been having problems with Nationwide faster payments (particularly to NatWest/RBS) for over a week now.

I have just made another payment from my Nationwide account to my RBS and it hasn't gone through instantly as it used to.

I have also tried using the app on my phone which says they are experiencing technical problems, so that isn't working at all. The App did do an update last night so it might be that they have been doing some updating and it hasn't all gone smoothly?

Just about to pay my credit card statement so shall see how long that takes to go through. It's usually instant as well.

As above, you are better off doing a payment between midnight and say 3am, than one between 3am and 9am. Most standing orders are processed by 6am, so, particularly on certain days of the week/month, bank's faster payment systems will be at their busiest leading up to then.
