Buyer having difficulty with bulk BIN from me - help!

Hi - Can someone please advise me what could be going wrong tonight. Someone is trying to buy a few items which are Buy it Now and she said she had them all in the basket but EBay said I do not accept bulk purchases so possibly that is only for business sellers.

I advised her to take the items out of the basket and click on Buy it Now individually which she has done but she is waiting for me to send a combined P&P as she will make a great saving and the parcel will go for the one price of £2.80 which obviously I'm more than happy to do. The items are still sitting in my Active folder and are still available for sale so I cannot send a combined invoice because they are not showing in my Sold folder. Can anyone think what is happening. I needed to purchase an item myself tonight so observed what the procedure was and the BIN item took me straight to Paypal for payment although my items are not set up like that unless that's the way EBay have it set for BIN items. I would not have thought so as there is a very occasional person who still likes to send a cheque or Postal Order although these are getting very rare. I hope some of you helpful people on here are still up and can give me some advice. Many thanks.

List all the items in one listing with reduced p&p.

The buyer has, instead of purchasing the items, just put them in her basket. You can have as many items as you want in a basket but they are not bought until she physically purchases them.

Tell her to click on the "Buy It Now" button for each item rather than the add to basket button.

Do you require instant payment for your BIN?
That might be the problem...

Thanks theonlywayisup. That was what I eventually came up with last night as I couldn't think of an easier way so I'm waiting for her reply tonight so that I know she is online when I list them together as a BIN with only the one P&P. Much appreciated!

Thanks goodfella66. I noticed that last night when I ran a test by putting some items in my basket and it said that other people can still purchase them. I couldn't take my test any further though as I would then have been making that purchase lol. Then I had a BIN item to purchase so I noted the exact procedure but I'm assuming that seller had his/her account set up to receive instant payment as it took me straight to Paypal which was fine for me but not for my buyer as I wanted to send her a new invoice with only one P&P.

I had told her to empty her basket then click each item individually as a BIN and wait until I send her a new invoice before making payment. She did that and then sent the following message: "Have just emptied basket and bought each one buy now, however because I haven't paid they are not listed anywhere.
This is tedious for both of us"

I can't understand what actually had gone wrong because each item was still in my Active folder available for anyone else to purchase. Thanks for your help.

Thanks RainbowDrops. I don't have my account set up for instant payment either. Just a bit confusing what has happened. She must be doing something wrong and I've never had this problem before either. Thanks for your help.

I did tell her last night to remove everything from her basket and do each BIN separately, then I would combine the purchases and send her a new invoice with only one P&P so hopefully it works out okay tonight if she does that.
