How do you get it to £304 - still showing as £328?

Go to dell.co.uk then to Home, then enter: d / D05302a

Should come to £387, then select 90 Day Collect and Return Service [subtract £94.00] = £293

    I then upgraded to DVD/CDRW.

    Still working now.

    Best of luck

I am a little confused by the "90 Day Collect and Return Service£ - does this mean that this has only a 90 day warrantee?
    Thanks, Tony

Yeah I think that needs clarifying too. As all new products have to be sold with a 12 month guarantee what I think this means is after the 90 days then you will have to fund shipping it to Dell to be fixed.

Has anybody rung up to confirm?

    Regards
    Rob

Just picked up one of these, absolutely fantastic bargain - the double memory and free shipping make this a fantastic deal.

Can anyone tell me please, do I need the IEEE 1394 Adapter to connect alongside my other machine to broadband or is there a better way around it?

    Thanks

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

If you are already on Broadband with 1 PC and want to connect another PC as well - the usual way is via a router, do you have one of these?
