Installing water/WC to outbuilding

I have converted an outbuilding to a usable space. What it now lacks is heating (see my other post) and a WC/sink.

I'm trying to achieve this as cheaply as possible. Happy to get my hands dirty, but also willing to pay for skills where needed.

I don't really know where to start without being ripped off.

I do have some plans, which show there is a sewer (manhole) approx 3 metres from the outbuilding, which I assume can only be a positive.

I'm number 41. The plans were created for 39 who were moving their bathroom location. They kindly gave me a copy of the plans for my project.
