HI Friends,
I got 4 Current accounts for each have got one reason. I am banking more than 5 years with Barclay s which is the oldest of all. They have not given me an overdraft or a personal loan when needed. I got one Barclay card which has limit £ 2500 which I closed couple of months ago as I got another better credit card. I applied MBNA recently though I have not yet got the card.
I got the other 3 current account which were opened with 6 months time.
My question is if I want to close the Barclay s is good decision. Having many current accounts have any impact on my credit score.
Any more information regarding the current accounts is much appreciated.
Thanks In Advance
Sai

Have you checked if your current accounts appear on your credit report?
Personally I would keep the barclays one as you've had it the longest, sometimes having your current account a long time helps with credit scoring. I would ditch one or two of the others?Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0 -
