Loan brokers warning/help

Contact your bank. Advise them that you CANCELLED the application BEFORE the ONE broker was actioned. Demand a charge back.
The other 2 are UNAUTHORISED transactions and you demand a charge back. The onus is on the bank/broker to prove you authorised the payment, not on you to prove you did not.
Write a letter and send it to the bank, demanding the charge back.
Also write to the bank and remove all CPA permissions on your debit card, to stop the broker simply reapplying for the money.0 -

Is this ok for paragraph break, as for spelling isn't my fault if my phone automatically tries to guess what I'm saying and changes it
Yes it is! Turn your predictive text off."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

A formal complaint with the crime number?
Are they taking money for a loan that they paid out? Whose account was that paid into?
Like I said previously I can't physically prove it was him therefore I can't get a crime number and no loan was paid into the account.
It was a standered fee in which he applied to a broker to find a lender for apparently myself, I have contacted financial ombudsman today who is sending a formal complaint off to the company.
AS for the bank they won't or can't do anything as it was down to my own fault for leaving my bank card somewhere I though it would be safe while being on holiday0 -

Completely irrelevant. I CRN should be issued whatever happens and this will be investigated further if the police feel necessary. Having this and being able to prove anything are completely different. It was a standered fee in which he applied to a broker to find a lender for apparently myself, I have contacted financial ombudsman today who is sending a formal complaint off to the company.
Did they speak to him on the phone? Was it a male applying in females name? Two things that should raise suspicion.AS for the bank they won't or can't do anything as it was down to my own fault for leaving my bank card somewhere I though it would be safe while being on holiday
If you've left cards at home when you've gone away, then I'm sure you've done nothing wrong.
If you'd left them at another address, then you could have some further issues.💙💛 💔0
