Can anyone clarify what that actually means? Also are the drains on my property a public drain? The plans I have when I bought the house clearly indicate there are no public drains on my property but my soil pipe drain and rainwater channel run parallel to the back of the house I think. Update: Thames have reviewed my child like sketches and drawings with plan maps etc and have indicated there is no requirement for any agreement. I must contact them if I find anything different when I dig which I'm fairly confident won't be required. Result. Thanks for advice. Probably should become an architect. Money for old rope ain't it ;-).
