£25 discount off Littlewoods 29 min spend

They've taken my money, but haven't credited a voucher code. Do you think I could ring and cancel the order?

I hate to be a worry wert here or anything but I got a voucher from Littlewoods to claim £20 off the first order about a year ago. The terms and conditions are quite strict and although mine was a genuine offer, I know that their t&c's can be quite strict. There's lots of bumph about the coupon not being valid if you don't fulfil certain criteria ie you've already got an account etc.. Naturally I don't know how this £25 was offered but tread carefully chaps.

They've taken my money, yet they haven't even confirmed my order yet. Isn't that a bit dodgy? I've tried to phone them, but the queue is 32 minutes long!

they voucher code credit goes iback into your account separately...normally 3 days after the whole amount was taken.dont panic just yet!.

i ordered using a different code at the beggining of the sale and it took 24hrs to go back in my account after them taking it out.I was worried too at first,thought £140:eek: worth of stuff for £26.50:p was too good to be true but i was wrong :j :j

3 of the seperate orders I made using this code have all come today. on all 3 they charged full amount on the advice note but I checked my bank - and they took 3x the full amount and 3 days later I received 3x refund of the £25. so I got 90 quids worth of stuff for £15, and I have more ordered on the way. but I can't get the 25 discount to work today, but the 10 and 22.50 are still working.:j

Ah ok, I have to wait the 3 days, so I can expect the money to go back in monday or something?

so you used the same code more than once and it worked...I have some more codes but haven't tried any as waiting to get a refund for the hammock so that I can re-order with the code...

I managed to use the £25 off and £10 off at 3.15pm today, although I have not had confirmation emails for them yet.

My order has just turned up, yes at this time!!

On my littlewoods account it shows that they have credited me £25 back, no money has gone out of my account yet and on the delivery note, it states full price so will have to wait and see what they eventually take out my bank.

Oh and i havent received one email from them about the order at all!
