ok I think these codes only work when not paying credit card, so you have to have an account with them (or sign up for a new one). It wouldn't let me do this when paying credit/debit, I just got email a while after saying order has been cancelled.

This code for 10% off works along with the above code by the way...

I have used this code paid in full by debit card .. account statement shows debit £29 Credit for voucher £25 Have called bank they can see debit and credit which tallys with aforementioned... therefore actual spend of £4

I do not have acredit a/c and dont pay via installments.

i have placed my order and i have had confirmation email etc..i have gone into 'my account' on littlewoods site and it has confirmed order £29 charged to solo and then £25 refunded to solo.so order cost me £4 total.
i have checked my bank account online and the full £29 has been taken-however i am confident the £25 will go back in to my bank in a few days as this company is the same as additions direct,and exactly the same thing happened.they charge full amount to card then refund the value of the voucher you use.refunds take 3 days to credit back to your bank depending on who you bank with.im with natwest and it took 3 days before.
so make sure you have enough funds to cover the full value of the purchase initially.not so much of a deal if you go overdrawn and get charged!.

Have you checked your Littlewoods A/C it should confirm the debit and credits there... mine says payment recd £29 Credit for voucher £25 Refund....
Can u check it out and advise please...

yeah all there on statement -i paid in full by debit card aswell not credit account.statement reads this;
24/07/07 CHARGED TO SOLO 29.00
24/07/07 Voucher 25.00 CR
24/07/07 REFUND TO SOLO 25.00
i have checked my online banking and a debit has been taken of £29..they take the full amount for the item in my case £29 then refund/credit for the value of the voucher (£25) goes back into your bank account few days after.
so make sure you have enough funds to cover the full cost of your order before the discount (initially).even though you will get the value of the voucher credited back separately you will need the full amount in your bank.

Well I haven't had a confirmation email yet, and it doesn't say anything about the voucher in the statements bit. Worrying, slightly.

Hi,

I have used it on littlewoods.com and it seems to be working. In the littlewoods statements I have the total amount £30 and voucher £25. I hope they do that tomorrow.

Only problem is that they are delivering the item when I am not in. Do you know how to solve this?
