M&S drinks voucher for £30 after getting the card?

I did what MSE said. I applied for an M & S store card and bought a bottle of wine. I paid in full when I got the bill. But no £30 drinks voucher came by 7 October as I was told? What went wrong?

Mine took a month to arrive, and was emailed. Not a problem as I showed them it on my phone."It would be easier to find a packet of sliced hippopotamus in suitcase sauce" - Basil Fawlty0
