I have a )O( in my word document that looks like a spider with arms and I can't remove it. I have been trying all day. I am using microsoft word 2010. Can someone help me please?

It's the end of line symbol in a table, it won't print or be visible in print preview, in word 2003 you can hide it by clicking the show format marks icon off (the backwards P thing) or from tools - options - view - formating marks menu.0

Thanks both for your replies. I needed to get rid of it completely as it was causing a huge gap in my work between paragraphs. Somehow I have managed to delete it and move my text up again. Thank you again. x0
