It's four days now since the clocks went back, but the forum is still on GMT+1.

The forum/server is set OK. It's now on GMT.
However, if your personal settings in your User Control Panel are wrong then they over-ride the default forum ones.
So I would imagine that is what is wrong in your case?
Go to --> Edit Options
Where you should have:

Thanks, my settings were as shown in your post. I've now changed DST to always off and that's fixed it - until spring.Eco Miser
