what happens to your warmfront payment if you switch

my direct debit has increased by £40 a month even though i was in credit for both accounts by £100, ive asked them to relook at it but they wont so im in process of switching....... but, im due a £140 warmfront payment in december (edf) - im just wondering what will happen to this payment if i switch? do i have to reapply with new supplier or am i too late and will lose out? thanks
