As long as RSA profit from your money, I don't care;
I can assure you they've lost more than one..
People switch insurance providers to get the best prices, it would appear they've gained far more than they've lost. I expect Mr Hester has better things to do than comment on the ramblings of a disgruntled customer.0 -

Some of us blacklist providers - Direct Line is an example.
A few years ago it took around 6 months to find they'd raised the annual premium because the building insurance cover changed from £0.5 million to £50 million for no apparent reason - but the 'we're never wrong' theme led to being blacked.0 -
