    Apparently Mr Stephen Hester, CEO of the RSA Group has been asked to comment on loss of business due to bad publicity.
    No comment at this time is the response.

    RSA made profits of around £250 million last year, I'm sure they'll cope with the loss of one customer ;)

    As long as RSA profit from your money, I don't care;
    I can assure you they've lost more than one..

    People switch insurance providers to get the best prices, it would appear they've gained far more than they've lost. I expect Mr Hester has better things to do than comment on the ramblings of a disgruntled customer.

    Some of us blacklist providers - Direct Line is an example.
    A few years ago it took around 6 months to find they'd raised the annual premium because the building insurance cover changed from £0.5 million to £50 million for no apparent reason - but the 'we're never wrong' theme led to being blacked.

    Total and utter nonsense...:money:

    I understand RSA exact wording is no insurable interest - in other words none.

    The present insurers don't have a problem with a fractional stake..:cool:

    I guess you fully declared your partial interest and not going for the full amount ;)

    What happens once you've blacklisted all of them?
