Difficulty reading covenant

Apologies if any of the terminology I use is incorrect, this is all a bit new to me!
I have received an electronic official copy of the covenant(s) for a property I am in the process of purchasing. A couple of the pages are very dark and the writing cannot be read and I am also struggling to read the handwriting on the other pages that are displayed correctly. The first sheet advises a paper official copy will not be issued.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Is there anyway to pay for a more enhanced version or for a summary of all of the restrictive covenants? A couple of the restrictions are listed under the charges register but I want to be find out if there are any more.
Many thanks for any advice

Who did you receive the copy from? Is the copying error at the land registry or through some intermediary like the vendor's lawyer.
The obvious thing to do is to go to your own lawyer and instruct them to request clarification.
This sort of thing has come up once or twice before on the boards I think, unfortunately I don't remember the solutions. But I would not be dissuaded from getting the vendor to sort it out.0 -
I received the copy from my solicitor and he has also given me the copy he received from the land registry which is not much clearer. We both tried to read the document and the odd word can be picked out, but not much more.0

Hello there
Could you let me know title number and details of the deed via customer.service@landregistry.gsi.gov.uk ?
Unfortunately documents are occasionally lodged which are not as clear as they might be although this cannot preclude us from making an entry on the register. Or the image have become unclear in the scanning process.“Official Company Representative
