First Utility

HELP. First Utility have decided to take out their direct debit increase one month earlier than they confirmed. We received an email to say that an increase in payment would be taken on 17/11/14, they then decided to take this increase on 17/10/14. After hours spent trying to get through to Customer Service we have been told by 3/4 different people that they should not have done this and apologized and that the difference in payment would be put back into our account asap as it was their fault. A further telephone conversation then told us that they should have taken it. Please HELP as getting nowhere with them. Telephone calls that were promised from supervisors have not been returned.
