Appeal was resubmitted with the changed digit. See what happens. Wont be surprised if its rejected again... FYI I didn't complain to Gemma as I know they wont give a !!!! and they will simply respond with a similar message like the one Parking Prankster received.

I have no faith in the BPA, DVLA or of course any PPC.


Out of interest please...


The NTK that went straight to the Lease Company, they identified the vehicle to be in my possession and said that I should wait for the PPC to write to me (as in forward me the NTK £100 request). Should I wait or simply get on with it and send over the standard 1st stage appeal to hook them in. I know the PCN # as the Lease company scanned the NTK. I must state the PCN was issued mid November 2014 so the lease company has taken their time in forwarding it! God only knows how many more there are in the pipeline.
