I'm almost embarrassed for them - they have been telling Porky Pies about when the thing was sent and happily send you e mails as good as admitting that! Dear me.
I'm also waiting for a CTW prize from September. Currently the e mail rally has come to a stone cold stop and not in my favour............So depressing. Does it really need to be like this?

How is it not their responsibility?

They said that it is 'the brands responsibility' to send out the prize, not sure this is really true though as they are running the competition. To be fair though, they did chase it up:)

Normally it would be down to the company running the competition, however their T&Cs include this
Prizes will be offered by competitions.goodtoknow.co.uk and 3rd party companies. If a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, competitions.goodtoknow.co.uk will not provide the prize itself.

so maybe that gets them out of it although T&Cs cannot override legal rights.

(Their competitions are managed by Data Media & Research Ltd who are a lead generation company behind several sites some of which are both on the spam and blocked list on mse)
