NtK from Car Parking Partnership

Hi,
I have received a NtK from CarParking Partnership (CPP); I have included a copy below. From reading the Newbie thread (4816822) I gather I need to appeal to the CPP in the first instance.
I've got a couple of questions about using the template:
1. CPP are calling it a ‘CPN’ not a ‘PCN’; I’m assuming this makes no difference but do I need to change the wording from
“Re: PCN No. ....................
I challenge this 'PCN' as”
to
“Re: CPN No. ....................
I challenge this 'CPN' as”
2. I am sending the template online so do I need to adjust this sentence:
“Where sent by post I have obtained proof ofposting; where submitted online/by email it is deemed received by you unlessproved otherwise.”
to
“As submitted online this communication is deemed received by you unless proved otherwise.”
Thank you for your help.
Tom

Yep those changes make sense.
Here's the NTK which (from a cursory glance) doesn't 'identify the creditor' in so many words, nor 'specify the period of parking' nor 'specify/describe any unpaid parking charge which remained outstanding' at a time BEFORE the PCN was issued on the windscreen (i.e. any tariff which in my view needs to be specified as 'zero' if none):

So you are getting there, and will win at POPLA in the end!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep, looking at the pictures of the NTK, it definitely doesn’t identify the Creditor. The real creditor to be identified is Liberty Printers (AR and RF Reddin) Limited, the company behind the trading alias “Car Parking Partnership”, yet on the NTK I can see only reference to the trading alias and not the actual company.
As well as there being no mention of the proper company name or company registered number (02920033), I can see only details of a P.O. Box address, rather than the company’s registered office address (even though it is a legal requirement for a company to clearly display its name, company number and registered address on all business letters, invoices etc.)
This lot don’t want you to know who they really are, do they?0 -

I'm not surprised; their letters get very threatening and intimidating. I told my brother in law to ignore a parking invoice but he got quite scared with all their threats that he ended paying the increased price! Their underhand tactics clearly work and they are allowed to get away with it.No one has ever become poor by giving0 -

Show him this (seriously, it's a genuine service planned by a poster who has been in touch with us regulars):
