Hi

if a person is separated from his/her partner for like 4 years and had 2 kids when they were together, paid child maintenance for last 4 years however haven't divorced yet.

now they want to divorce question is

what husband has earned in last 4 years he has to share it such as a property which he bought on his own? or any savings?
