www.glitzystore.com - Does anyone have an address?

Hi, my friend has received substandard garments from this company, has asked for a refund and they told her to go to her bank and ask them. The bank won't refund until the items are returned, the company won't supply an address and I can't find one anywhere, can anyone help at all?
Thank you xx

There is no contact address anywhere because they are a bunch of crooks. They've even registered their website using a privacy protection service.

I would advise your friend to point out the above thread to her bank

Do you have an email from them where they refuse to supply a return address?

If so, with that information, I would expect your bank to reconsider a chargeback.
  • The domain is registered via a company that hides the true owners detail. That immediately would make me run for the hills

The website is also acting illegally by not identifying the legal entity that you are contracting with. Based on that and a few other things its either an overseas company feigning to be based here or is a sole trader/ bedroom seller pretending to be bigger than they are

Thank you for the replies, as soon as she said she had used them my heart sank :( She asked for a refund, they said return the items, she asked what the address is to return, they refused to tell her and told her to make a claim through her bank, the bank said they won't refund until she has returned the items! So its a bit of going around in circles here, because I am guessing that https://www.glitzystore.com knows the charge back rules and knows the bank won't refund her :(
