what type of boiler in house I'm buying?

Same here. My wall hung gas boiler is around 35 years old. Its currently range rated down to around 35,000 Btu,thats around 10Kw. The hot water cylinder is a lagged fortic combined tank and lives in the house. All pipes including drawoffs are lagged. The house is two bedroom and i use gas for cooking. The monthly debit for gas and elec combined is around £56 and we are in credit. The only thing missing is i would like some more hot water pressure to run a new shower so i may fix that next time i revamp the bathroom.Although they're less popular now, I like my conventional boiler. Mostly because I can fill the bath to almost the top in 2 minutes as it's just a matter of emptying the tank in to it. I have insulated the tank and attached pipes well however to minimise energy loss.
As for the boiler itself, it's from the 70s and still works well. Some old boilers are tough, so if yours is old and still works, it may be a good one worth keeping.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
