Hi guys,
Apologies for creating a thread about this but I am a little unsure as to what first action I should take with this company. I've looked through the sticky at the top of the page and it seems JD parking do not send out NTK letters.
My question is, when should I be sending out my first appeal to JD?
Same issue as numerous other posters, issued me a windscreen PCN for invalid permit in my apartments own parking space. I guess I should be reading through my tenancy agreement to see if anything states that I need to display a permit?
Thanks

Yes I think on balance, send the template first appeal from the Newbies thread around day 21 or day 22 (keep free proof of posting - NOT signed-for, or use online appeal if offered). No point waiting months for a PCS letter of rubbish! Just like this case:

JD threw in the towel as soon as they saw the first appeal. But do wait till day 21 or 22 (there is a reason for this which you can use at POPLA stage if you need to do a POPLA appeal).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
